Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you face any issues, please review the policies below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You receive a damaged product
  • You receive the wrong product
  • The product is expired or defective

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Opened or used products
  • Perishable food items (if opened)
  • Items without original packaging

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@thrivedha.com with
    • Order ID
    • Issue details
    • Photos/video of the product
  2. Our team will verify and approve the return if eligible
  3. A courier pickup will be arranged where possible

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued:

  • To your original payment method
  • Within 3–7 business days after product inspection

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The product is used or tampered
  • Packaging is missing
  • The issue is not covered under eligibility

4. Replacement Policy

If eligible, we will:

  • Replace the product with the same item
  • Offer store credit if the item is out of stock

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before shipping.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
